Founded in 1992 and incorporated in 1993, the Liberian Cultural Association (LCA) has over three decades of experience uplifting communities in Staten Island and beyond.

We work through door-to-door outreach, street recruitment, and community partnerships, reaching those who need support the most. With dedicated volunteers and educators, LCA continues to be a trusted resource for families striving for stability, education, and wellness.
