We Are In A Mission To Help The Helpless
Adult Literacy Programs
Helping adults 18+ improve reading, writing, and communication skills through a curriculum aligned with New York State standards.
Youth Development Programs
Creating a safe and supportive environment where young people learn responsibility, leadership, and life skills.

Specialized classes for immigrants and newcomers to improve English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Founded in 1992 and incorporated in 1993, the Liberian Cultural Association (LCA) has over three decades of experience uplifting communities in Staten Island and beyond.
We work through door-to-door outreach, street recruitment, and community partnerships, reaching those who need support the most. With dedicated volunteers and educators, LCA continues to be a trusted resource for families striving for stability, education, and wellness.
